hey man show all your receipts, and for the parts you dont have receipts go look for estimates and turn that in. i totaled my car last year and i made them pay me for everithing. even the used tires i had bough for 40 they gave me 100 each.

^ I didn't pay for any insurance to cover "additional" parts added to the car. I'm not sure if they will or not. How did you "make" them pay you?

He was either Hispanic or White. I couldn't really tell. He looked to be about late 40's to mid 50's. His beard was greyish black...not full on white beard. Male driver with medium length hair that looked to be combed back a bit. Thanks for all the help guys

Update

Car was deemed a total loss today by the insurance. Guess it's time to move on to bigger and better things. I'm probably going to get another Z, but at the moment, i'm trying to salvage as many parts as I can from the wreck. I don't know if it will be worth it to have my car towed to a mechanics shop to take off my high flow cats or to just leave them, and buy another set.

As far as the new z is concerned, this time, it will be a 6MT for sure. My 07 was an automatic, and although it provided more than enough power, I can't say that it was very exhilrating to drive. I'm torn between another pikes peak white, or nogaro red. Guess we'll wait and see.

Now, i just want to find that douchebag that hit me. If anybody can provide me the license plate for this *** hat, i'll paypal some reward money asap.

Thanks again to everyone in this community for the kind words and support. Drive safe everybody

-Allen

Damn it...I drive this route 6 days a week. I drove by this as the clean up was going on. I remember thinking, man that sucks.

Sorry I wasn't there earlier bro. I just saw the aftermath.

It's alot better than I was expecting. Its severly bruised for some reason though...the slightest touch and I have piecing pain. I hope it'll subside soon. Yea, the police report was done at the scene of the accident. Still looking for this *** hat though.

For your back, I'd place ice packs if its still severely bruised, then a hot pack to loosen the clotted blood from the bruise and soften the tissue to heal PLUS take some advil and ALOT of it for inflammation. You really can't do anything but that for bruised backs, time and care are you best options bro. Just take it easy, and relax.

i got a lawyer right away, but itwas the other persons fault. however this wasn't your fault either. And you should check with your insurance if they cover your Dr because they usually do, and then you should go visit him .

The insurance doesn't visit your doctor, but the bills can be sent to them or they can reimburse you.

Oh and you should go to the doctor right away so you can document things.
