Default Price to Paint a Wing

So I was quoted $300 to paint and mount replica Nismo V2 wing. That's sounds kind of high to me, but I haven't had to have anything painted in a while.
Is 3 bills a good deal?
Thanks.

that sounds about right for a good shop. Remember theres they gotta buy the paint, do alot of measuring ect.

for a ppw i think its a fair price. make sure you can trust the shop though. you might want to do a search on Makito/ seven apples. he is near you and does good work.

there is no difference in painting a lip compared to a wing. They both need the same prep, base, and clear. only difference is surface area.

yeah, it should range from $300-$500 bucks. so that price is good. you can get it painted for a cheaper price, but you get what you pay for.

Thanks for all the responses. Good info and it's true you do get what you pay for.
It was actually Makito that quoted me the 300, so I know the quality will be good. I just wanted to get a feeler for the price cause I've been out the game for a while now.

But there is a difference in mounting- his quote includes both paint and mounting.

Sounds like a good price to me.
