Default oil consumption

Hi guys, I am curious to those of you who have had your engines replaced due to oil consumption at WCN.
I have already went through 4 oil consumption tests that WCN did on my Z and every single time the oil level was a quart or more low. Felipe has been the one who helped me, after the last oil consumption test, Felipe told me he has to contact Nissan to see what they want to do.
It has been over three weeks ever since Felipe said he has to contact Nissan.

My question is, how long did it take for you guys who replaced your engine due to oil consumption at WCN. Should it take this long?

Having to top off my oil constantly is quite costly =[
not to mention my Warranty will be over soon.

thanks.

i got mine replaced at WCN when tim was working there... after like the 4th oil testing.... i got the oil light come up... and took it to wcn... and i got it changed then... talk to jeff.... at the parts dept.... jeff still works there right??? jeff will help you out... if your other guy won't.... and i don't know if this other guy works there.. but when i first had this problem... and took my car back to WCN there were some guys... that said that this was pretty normal.... do not trust them. for a car that only had 3000 miles on it... i don't think so.... talk to jeff.. if he still works there.. him and tim helped me out.. at WCN.

To my understanding WCN WAS able to do the motor swaps with a quick turn around time. Because of this, alot of the Z guys were going there and getting their motors swapped out and then Nissan Corp goes "hey, why is that only your dealership is doing so many swaps?" Obvious answer is because all of the Z guys were going there. So it's not that they were doing it illegitimately, but because they were the main focal point of where all the Z's going, Nissan Corp put WCN on watch. So now, it's harder for them to get swaps approved.

Well hopefully a trouble ticket has already been made so Nissan has a reference to my problem.
Do you think if my warranty ends, Nissan will just ignore me and say too bad your warranty is over and you cant get a new engine? lol

I heard that as long as we get our oil consumption test before the 3yr/36000mi mark we'll be covered under warranty.
