On Saturday the 21st before im about to go out, i head over to 7 Eleven to take cash out of the ATM, anyways i am in line and some guy is all tipsy and cant even put the pin number in the machine for his card, and the 7 Eleven clerk says hes drunk when i get to him. anyways, this guy gets into his car and when hes backing out of the parking space he hits my god damn car, clueless to wtf hes doing. i run out of 7 Eleven and others are trying to get the guy out of the car beause he rear ended someone else's car before i even got there! but the guy books it and just leaves ! 5 minutes later the cops caught him and took him in.

the stupid drunk driver broke off my goddamn front lip and messed up my rim ! STUPID !

as a fellow Z owner, i can tell that you were ready to lay the smackdown! sorry to hear about that man, i got FORCED to drive home drunk one night(long story) and it was the worst i have ever been drunk, luckily it was 4am no cops around and i knew a back road, but everything was a blur and i could never forgive myself if i would have hit someone, and that B*TCH that made me do it has been cursed more times than you know, she put my life in jeopardy and i put others in jeopardy by just being on the road....IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! DRUNK DRIVING FTL!

time and time again they drink/do drugs and drive and what do traffic courts do?

give em a break and tell them they're on a 3 year probation with a restricted license and what do they end up doing again?

My aunt's BRAND NEW 335i got totaled after a drunk driver rear ended her at a stoplight. She had some neck injury to go along with it too. The most BS part about it is that the guy was 18 and got NO jail time. DUI + underage drinking + hitting somoeone apparently doesnt earn you a stay in jail.
