wasn't sure what they were checking but the sign said it was a checkpoint and something else about driver's license? it was very vague.. they were randomly stopping people in carlsbad, wtf? possibly for people driving without a license? I was in my FJ, but my Z prolly would've gotten popped for sure.. wtf..

Sometimes it feels like that's how close people are when they change lanes in front of me. Seemed pretty normal to these two gigglers.

something like that.. about 40miles north from DT SD and 25 mi south of san cliemente. a tad bit sounth of camp pedleton (however you spell it).

 

I almost forgot.. cops are totally going crazy.. I saw 4 cops on the freeway (2 of them giving out tickets) within 5 mile range with one biker cop pointing a radar gun at people on the side of the freeway in full view. Is there something going on that I don't know about? why do I see them every half a block on local road and 1 every mile??

 

^ I have noticed this as well. Partly due to the new Hands Free laws for mobil phones but that doesn't explain the radars I've been seeing.
