Default resonators out exhaust?

i met this guy that drives a 350, he had a Nismo exhaust and he removed all the resonators out his exhaust. sounded pretty beefy... is this considered cool to do or just downright ricey?

whats your take on this?

normally considered obnoxious and unrefined. it varys from person to person. ricers gravitate towards it......there is always an exception though.

????You can't just slap the resignators back on. Thats an entire pipe to put back. You are talking about gutting the stock cat's. Which is ok being just like test pipes but the point of test pipes is to increase exhaust flow and to get rid of those heavy stock cats. Then there are resignated tp's to reduce rasp which imo doesn't really help much. Then HFC's that keep some emmisions down but also reduce weight, rasp and sound. But resignators are welded onto the test pipes. I think you should use the search feature a little and check out some pics on the different options.

Its personal opinion. I had it on mine for a while and it sounds a little better. But the stock exhaust will always be quiet.

This is a tough choice, i thought it might sound ricyy as well... but from what ive seen its not too ricy. iam going to take them off now ill respond later with my views.. but i also have a cold air so it might have a little affect on it.

Yo MX, when I finally see you at a meet I'll show you what true straight pipes sound like.

Not ricey at all.
