Poorly install Clutch
So here's the story:
I got my ACT racing clutch replaced yesterday, and when I picked up my car this morning. I can feel that the clutch is really soft, I mean really really soft compare to the OEM clutch. Doesn't it suppose to fit tighter than the OEM clutch??
Also there is another problem, you guys know when you want to put into 5th gear, you are suppose to put it to the right and push up right?? So when I try to put it into 5th gear today , it wont go in....you need to push really hard to put it in, or push like 0.5 inch away from the right. The guy told me that maybe it's the brand new clutch?? He call me to get used with it, or change the gear box...I am like WTF?? He called me to drive for a few days first, if there is anything bring it back in...
So is it normal after changing the clutch???
Please Help!!!

i got Act flywheel & Jimwolf clutch like 3 months ago mine felt super soft first day like it was way too easy to engage & push in.. my shop told me to let it settle in & they can adju if needed but its fine now... as for your 5th gear prom no idea
Really?? But the pressure plate is suppose to hold more torque.. Wouldnt the clutch be stiffer?
