Default need someone to install my new bumper

Hi guys, I bought the N-style v1 aerosync from groupe-s last week. I now need to install it before painting. Anyone down to help a brother out? I would do it myself but I don't have any tools. I live in the valley.

Install before painting? You would want to have it painted, then install it...unless you're talking about just prefitting it.

I read the fitment from group-s is excellent. The only thing I'm concerned about is the undertray not being long enough to reach the new bumper. I will need some sort of spacer for it.

Don't worry about undertray, you have more than that to worry about. I can help you out but I'm down here in Irvine. Well, good luck.

Why wouldn't you just have your bodyshop do the fitting for you?

He owner is a family friend and does quality work but he is old and don't trust him trying to figure out how to remove the old bumper and fit the new one. I will have to get a quote from a different shop.

thx bro, I appreciate your efforst. However I read the 06+ do have the undertray short and it wont reach to the new bumper. I could be wrong because I haven't asked any 06+ oweners about the fitment.

what year is you're Z? if it is an 03-05 than you will have that problem with you're undertray being too short. you will also have a problem with you're fender well lining as well. if its an 06+ then you have nothing to worry about. what i did was just buy a new 06+ undertray and problem was fixed for me. but i rode months with my old undertray ziptied to the bottom of the bumper. it held up well and I never had any issues. only reason I changed it was because i found a used 06 undertray for cheap.

I have an 06z. I'm happy to hear this great news. I found out about the undertray issues after I bought the bumper. All is good now, thanks so much for the info. I'm getting the bumper painted this week and hopefully installed this weekend with the help of Brian of couse....
