Default power gains

Ok guys i am drawing a blank on where to look to make some more power with my Z.

this is what i have so far.
1. Evo 2 exhaust
2. afe Intake
3. M.D. 5/16 iso plenum
4. Lower Manifold
5. ACT HD clutch
6. ACT Flywheel
7. ACT 6 puck disk
i also only use Eneos oil + i have Falkens 452's so im gripping really well

i know i have the clutch to handle more power n such
im just not sure what to do next.
im budget is idk around 1g.....

My friend has a buddy that put a Dyno in his garage and will probably let me use it for free, I also think he knows how to Remapp Ecu's so im not worried about that. So where else could i see some gains?

theres few more other lil things u can do but those r the big ones. well besides N20 or turbo/supercharger

In regards to gaining more power, for the price...headers are not going to yield much power. With the 1K left, you probably should upgrade your brake pads, lines, and rotors.

If you are concerned with handling at all, a sway bar upgrade does wonders on the Z as well.

High Flow cats, best gains for the money. ECU reflash, pulleys, headers, and take out your spare tire and jack.

i agree with rickdogg, brakes are important... what's the point of going fast if you can't stop or turn? plus, for 1k and getting bolt on's for the de is only getting you 15 to 25 whp? save up and go FI. lucky DE guys, they don't make anything for the HR that's within reason on the pricing.

A Reflash... does wonders if its done right.... You could to HFC's I have UTR and they worked out great. Agree though, Brakes or Save up and Go FI.....

Ahhh... just noticed.... How about Adjustable Suspension, I know its not Power Mod but It will make a HUGE difference.

Make sure all emmision mods are done before you reflash your ECU. High flo cats are good, don't do headers. Or if you think you won't be buying headers or cats anytime before you go turbo...take your car to technosquare. They'll dyno, adjust power band, adjust A/F ratio, increase redline, etc.

Tires , 452's are OK but sticky tires are a lot better.

Driver mod , www.speedventures.com and cruise out to an event to play.

if you feel your car is handling fine and gripping well, go for some toyo r888 and a sway bar. you will kick yourself for not having done it sooner
