Default Techno Square Experience anyone?

I'm interested in having my 06 Z reflashed and I was curious to know if anyone here can chime in some experience with them. The reason I ask, well I called inquiring about their servcies and such and that place is so JDM some lady answered the phone and I just couldn't understand anything she was saying. She had a very heavy accent and I didn't want to make her feel awkward about the situation so I told her I'd call back later.

I politely asked her if there was anyone else I could speak to but she said "no way Jose" I found that kinda funny.

Anywhos, could you tell me your experience with this company?

thanks!

I've been running their reflash for, how many years now?..... 7? Anyway, nothing wrong with them, lots of us use their services. Cheston will be chiming in, you know, our moderator here.

I think TS is a fine company. But given you have a 06, I'd go with UpRev's Osris. They have really discounted all of their reflash products and you can get the obdII diagnostics with one of their packages.

I have the TS mail in reflash and am very happy with it. But I HAD to use them as no one else could handle my early 03 G sedan ecu.

Was there a noticeable difference when you had the flash done? I am thinking about it but not sure if it'll make a difference lol.

thanks.

I've been to Technosquare before. They didn't tune my car but they have done good work to other people. I'd consider them, and also Church Automotive. They tuned my car and did a fantastic job of it.

$500 for a dyno tune, as far as I know.

If your going to have it tuned on the dyno then you should be good to go. Osiris is the best going for those that do not wish to spend the extra on dyno tuning.

^^^ I see. So the Osiris tune is cheaper because you don't dyno it correct?

Not true...you can dyno tune with Osiris...I did at Church Automotive...but you have to pay extra for the dyno tune...

You can get both basic reflashes (no dyno tune) or dyno tuned reflashes (at Technosquare or at Osiris Tuners like Church Automotive) for both Technosquare and Osiris...

Technosquare is a fine company but I like having multiple maps with Osiris...

Well cheaper, maybe not, but at least you get the ability to log with the cable you will get from the basic Osiris e tune for $500.

If you are going to have your tune done on a dyno, and you do not wish to do any further modding TS will be great. However if you wish to get a tune done without a dyno the Osiris is the best bet. They at least go off your log you send to them. Sure it is no dyno tune but it will be close and a load better than a mail in TS reflash.

I had AAM reflash (same TS software) my previous 350z ecu, I had the car at a shop in Orlando. We dynoed my car previous of sending them my ecu, then again after they sent it back. I literally had no gain what so ever on the dyno then confirmed at the local dragstrip. https://my350z.com/forum/engine-and-...sh-update.html
Sorry the dynograph is no more but the issue was corrected, this is the very same sort of thing that happens with mailorder flashes. The only downside to the Osiris basic is I hear the wait time for an e tune is pretty extreme. So if your in immediate need for a tune this might pose a problem.

Good luck I will be getting Osiris soon after I decide on a plenum.

Edit I see how my previous post could sound like I implied you are unable to dyno tune with the Osiris. I was meaning the Osiris is the best way to go if you are not dyno tuning, but you most certainly can as 350z006 stated, sorry if I mislead anyone.

Retune at Technosquare I believe is pretty cheap once you've done the initial reflash with them.
