Hey guys,
After having fun downloading and exploring the world wide web throughout my personal computer, it finally has a real good virus in it.
Would anyone in here have hook-ups for computer repair? or you may know of someone selling an apple laptop, please let me know.
I reside in the city of Pomona.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Google combofix and antimalwarebytes, if it's bad enough that you're thinking of buying a new PC, even if it shreds the install you won't be much worse off. Combofix is a stand alone that will wipe most strong bugs off the system, but it is not a virus preventer, just a removal tool. Bright side it also downloads backup software and makes a back up of your OS just in case something goes totally south.
If combofix removes the virus/es and all is running well, download and install Antimalwarebytes, update it, run a full scan, and keep it update at the very least weekly.
Also look into a decent antivirus suite, free options that work decently are AVG (don't like it myself, but easy to set up and use) or Avira antivirus (requires more interaction than AVG but can be shut off). If you can find a copy of Eset NOD for cheap, buy it, works great, easy to use, very lightweight.
As a side note, if you have issues running combofix or Antimalwarebytes shut down your PC, then press the power button and as soon as it gets power start hitting the F8 key repeatedly. This should take you to a menu, select "Safe mode with networking" then sign in normally and try running the software.
Hope the wall of text helps.

Tham, I didn't think I was going to get this many responses; THANKS GUYS...REALLY.
I haven't responded because I'm having a hell of month so far... (curbed rashed my rim 3x's, car's engine came up with code P0300 (acting up), I got alcohol poisining (this weekend), and my computer is hella fawked up....
I'm like SQBassHead, I can't prevent it from watching g@y ****, hahaha, jk.
There were a lot of good insights, as soon as I get home I'll follow a method and keep you guys posted.
Thanks again.
