Default Vortech V3 Oil change!

Anyone know how to change the oil in the Vortech V3 blower on the Z? Since the dip stick is on the side of the blower and there is no way to reach in unless taking the blower out.
Or any shop in SoCal that trusting I can go? Thanks =)

I would call Scott (or service) at Fontana Nissan. They work on everything and they have been supporting us Nissan guys for a while. They also race their own 350Z, GT-R, R32, B13, Titan etc..

I trusted them with my stockish Z when I lived in SoCal.

It really isn't super hard to take a blower out...I've taken my blower out dozens of times...probably about an hour to do, but I have revup V2 setup, and I know the V3 blowers have a thicker gear casing...

Yep, the blower probably has to be removed. As mentioned, it's not too hard but Corner 3 can take care of you if you don't wanna do it.

It has a steel braided oil drain line. Remove your underpanel and take a look under the blower, you'll see it. Unscrew and drain - voila.

I can drain it fine but can't access to the dip stick, afraid of over filling it

The dipstick is one of the hexagon bolts on top of the blower...

At least that is where my Vortech V3 SC has it's dipstick. And you drain all the oil out and refill with one whole bottle of V3 sc oil. Stillen sells the exact amount needed
