No, they were driving it back to the shop in the rain and Rob and I were on the way to pick it up. It was an accident caused by standing water, no show-boating or ******* on Rob's car

No I haven't. I just had to fax a release form and copy of my id to the tow yard so they could release to Brad. He is going to take it to the Nissan dealer right by their shop. He is not even sure how bad the damage is. When the car came to a rest the drivers side was up against the guardrail. From what he told me he started spinning clockwise and the drives side of the nose hit the guard rail and whipped the backend back into it as well. As of now I'm not sure whats going to happen. He did say that he will make it right no matter what and I do believe he will. I should know a little more later when the car gets to the Nissan dealer.

Yeah I hope so...Brad has been VERY cool about all this so far. He's told me more then once that they are going to make it right no matter what. I told him making it right to is just fixing it. But he keeps saying that thats the LEAST they'll do. He already told me to start thinking of wheels I want. I don't want to be a d!ck so I told him what I want but that its not necessary. i just want my baby back....

lol ... POOF

If you did end up with wheels, Nismo's or TE37 (my second fave) would be a very very nice choice for your purposes (speed, light, minimal-bling)
