Guys my car is FINALLY comig back to me...I'm picking it up either tomorrow or Friday. Brad is going to call me later. They put about 400 problem free miles on the car in the last week. He drove it in rush hour with no overheating issues. Drove it in the rain, hard, off boost, etc. ZERO issues. Chad we gonna have some work to do this weekend if you're down of course. Diff should be going on Saturday morning. After that its gauges, arms, toe bolts, and Blitz hose. Alignment to follow. Also ordering Cusco arms this weekend. I'm just going to risk it. Hell even if it is not completely back in specs it should be closer. Chad if you are still at work when I get back from Simi Valley I may stop by to see if you want to go for a ride.

oh oh ... come to TJ and get me too ... riiiiight

I won't be there next week to see the car, as I will be in the great upper North aka Whistler/Blackcomb

However, if the car is still down at Chad's place on Sun when I get back from Big Bear ... I may just rollerblade on by to see this beast. (not really ... but I'd drive over)

OH YEAH

Jesse Mach was a motorcycle cop. I say was, because he had a bit of a run-in with some naughty men which resulted in his knee being busted up and his friend Marty being killed. He was destined to never ride a motorcycle again, but to be shunted into the Public Relations office where he would spend the rest of his life smiling at people.
That was until Norman Tutle came along. Norman was working on a government top-secret hush hush don?t even tell your mum or imaginary friend project called Street Hawk. Street Hawk is a state-of-the art combat motorcycle that goes really fast and has some nice weapons etc. etc. A bit like Knightrider, but on two wheels.
Jesse signs up for Operation Streethawk, they fix his flanged knee and he gets to ride a motorcycle again. But since it?s still hush hush, he still has to work in the Public Relations office at the local precinct. Jesse and Norman are complete opposites. Jesse is more of a bang-bang wallop bash type of guy who just wants to have a bit of fun, while Norman is more of a oh dear where have I left my slippers type of guy. Surprisingly between them they make a good team that battles against crime.
Street Hawk only managed to last one series, and I can remember watching it as a kid. I?m surprised it didn?t last longer as I thought it was waaay better than Knightrider, but obviously the powers-that-be decided that it wasn?t too popular. Shame.
I had been searching for the video for a long time without success, but eventually found out that it is still available, but only in the US. Problem being that I am in the UK with the PAL video format, and the US has NTSC. Seeing Street Hawk was my top priority so I have to take the plunge and buy myself a new VCR that was capable of playing NTSC tapes. It was a bit of an expense, but I don?t regret it for a moment.
Streethawk is as good today as it was those many years ago.

I have a knack for remembering the Gomer shops very well so just saying that the name sounds familiar is a good thing. I can ask around tonight for you though...

Hey guys,

I want to have no body roll in my car. I am getting the Cusco sways. What else would be recommended? Tein basics or would I have to get something like the HKS 30 way coilover?

Thanks.

Brandon
