I have more information from Steve and a banner. Lately, I've been bombarded by viruses at the office so I don't want to risk downloading anything until I have a chance to get home. I'll post as soon as possible.

The info is current. We need to make payment before 10/31/04. And, you don't need to be a club per se, 20 people is the only requirement.

Looks like Performance Nissan will be involved with this event as well. Not sure what or how..... but our race cars will be involved. More than likely not on the track. I will still take the tickets for our crew and if I end up with our team and race cars I will give them away on this Forum. This event looks like it's growing in sponsorship and should be a great time for all who go.

Grommit, 20 is the minimum we need. I'll add you to the list.

Since the minimum's been met, I'll be PM-ing everyone regarding payment and car info.

Ticket costs will be $65.97 after shipping and handling charges. All tickets will be mailed to me (their policy). From there, I can mail them to you however you choose (regular mail, certified, Fedex, etc.) or you can pick them up in person (949 lunch meets, arranged pick-up, future Z meets before JGTC that I'll be at, etc.)

Any questions just PM me.

I'll be there for sure, but that's because our magazine will be there giving away free issues!

Stop on by our booth and get a free issue of

Xtreme RC Cars Magazine.

In fact, there are supposed to be several companies from the RC industry here. If you've missed out on the RC industry check out.

www.rc411.com and check it out...or stop by. We'll have all our JGTC tribute cars decked out. I've already got my replica widebody 350Z ready to go!

After more conversations with Paramax, it turns out that each credit card charge is considered one separate transaction and the $2.50 transaction fee will apply.

So this means that if you will be paying by credit card, VIP tix are $65.00, weekend passes $50.00, and a $2.50 transaction fee will be added to your purchase along with minimal shipping cost.

In short, it will be a little cheaper to pay by check. If you plan on attending and have not sent payment yet, please do so ASAP. Until payment is made for 20 attendees, we do not have a reserved space. It would be unfortunate if they are all sold out of spots by the time we get our money in.

You can mail checks (reference Club: 3FIVEZEROZ) made payable to PARAMAX to my work address:
Erica Katsuyama
SMALL, HENSTRIDGE, CABODI & PYLES
28202 Cabot Road, Suite 600
Laguna Niguel, CA 92677

Credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) payments can be made by calling Stephen Dietrich of Paramax Consulting at (323) 936-5221. Let him know you are with club name 3FIVEZEROZ.

Erica, how many checks have been collected? I think you were planning on dealing with collecting the checks to reduce shipping and handling costs.

Paramax currently only has your payment +1. I plan to make credit card payment by the end of this month and wanted to verify how we're doing on our 20 definites. Thanks.

You're correct about collecting checks to reduce costs. I have only 2 checks in my possession besides my payment. There is one other credit card payment for 2 spots submitted to Paramax. Where did all the other definites go?
