Omen, you just reminded me about something. The car club tickets need to be paid for by the end of October. All 1 day or 2 day passes can be purchased up until the day of the event (if they're not sold out) on your own, through the website or walk-up. To help reduce s&h costs, I was giving people the option to buy them with the car club bulk purchase.

So if you know for sure you can go but are iffy about your passengers, just pay for your spot now and worry about them later.
