No ticket on this one but I got pulled over and received a warning for 74 in a 70.

I once got a "too fast for conditions" ticket doing about 4 mph in my old Ford EXP. The roads were really icy an I was going past an accident scene. The cop jogged up next to me and told me to pull over and issued a ticket.

I tried to fight it but I didn't stand a chance. The cop flat out lied in court.... Oh well.

Really depends on what the speed limit is. Ranges from 55-70mph across the US.
I've gotten for 15 and 25 over on the highway, 11 over on a large road in 10 years. Got a warning for 20 over on the highway once!
