workin on it, i'm also installing solid diff mounts and whiteline subframe mounts... so it's more of a task that i shoulda bit off... but it's gonna be handling

Actually no, I am what you would call a potential customer trying to make sense of all the ridiculous confusion behind all of this. I'm a local customer and had considered coming to you to purchase several things. When several people post that they are receiving the wrong parts and no invoices it raises questions. I simply asked. 
And for the record, nobody received the wrong parts.
No, I`m not just trying to cause trouble. All I`m asking for is a receipt in paper, or email....I asked this a week ago....I dont get the `me trying to cause trouble...
All i want is:
1: Free return shipping, as it should be since the item was not what we discussed,`replaces the spring bucket` from reading 101 and has been clarified that I DID read it right.
2: Either a mailed copy of my receipt, or email invoice that again, i asked a week ago today. I like to keep my receipts of products i have for my car.

Ok. Again...this has been discussed over and over in this thread and clarified by the moderator that supplied ample information.
The factory piece that holds a spring is what Nissan calls the "Rear Lower Link". Then there is a "radius rod". Nissan calls nothing a toe arm.

Some manufacturers call the radius rod the toe arm. Others call the spring bucket delete option a toe arm. It's been clarified that the best point of adjusting toe is at the inner eccentric mounting point of the spring bucket, but best achieved by using an aftermarket adjustable arm when using a true coilover setup. This is also why some manufacturers like SPC and others sell a toe bolt kit with their camber arms.
The reason Stillen and a couple of others call the radius rod the toe arm is because they can market and sell an adjustable arm that is much more cost effective and easier to install than a true style coilover system.

Sounds like a generalized conclusion to me. why should we take what you just said as the truth? Stillen sells products for your car point blank...its up to you to research and purchase what you want. If stillen sells a radius arm, you should know what exactly a radius arm is.

But if I were to call Stillen and say that I need a spring bucket delete arm/toe arm since I will be setting up my coilovers in a true setup, then I would hope that they would sell me the correct arm and not a toe arm/traction rod/radius rod and clarify which parts I am asking about.

I dont know what is going on but George please reimburse 1991ls13 his money bro. I mean forget about restocking fee. I mean doing this will made you look really good fo us, customers. It is just 20-30 dollars. you can made that money. I mean you have more than 80 customers who want the coilovers. I am guessing you are making at least 100 dollars per coilovers. Howard, I have zero problem with anyone recording any phone call to Top Speed...we have nothing to hide.
We don't even have to go back to a phone call...anyone on this forum can reference page four, post #163 of this thread (see below) to clearly see that you requested "toe bolts". You also thanked me for apologizing for our earlier mis-communication (that the mods deleted...now nobody else understands...some of our posts on the subject no longer make full sense) kinda saying it was nice to see someone that doesn't hide behind the internet. You also stated that you are still learning about suspension systems and to kinda bear with you on your learning curve...happy to do so BUT, I still cannot second-guess a customer...if they say they want a certain item, I get them that item. If they call an item by the wrong name, thus getting something different than what they wanted, how am I supposed to read their mind???
Additionally, a business cannot bear the cost of clients mistakes in instances like this. Companies routinely charge 15-20% restocking fees for returned parts. Ask around if you don't believe me that this is true. Top Speed has a standing policy of a 20% re-stocking fee...I am giving members here a break and only charging a 10% restocking.
Why even charge a restocking fee, you ask? Let's look at this...
We have a set cost in making a part, we also add a profit mark-up because we are a business...not a charity. The resulting sum total is the price of the part. We then discount that part to certain buyers (wholesale shops, forum members, etc...) thus accepting a lower profit in the interest of facilitating a sale. Now, we've got the part back and we sell it to another customer...AND pay for the shipping AGAIN...now we're out even MORE profit...a pattern of loss like this cannot continue...or we'll eventually go out of business. A company has to off-set costs of this nature somehow.
I think most of you can put yourself in our shoes and understand. We're not trying to gouge anyone, just remain operating our business in a way that we can stay in business. There's a bunch of competition out there...our profit margins are slim anyway...

Well, Finally gotten it taken care of...My opinion when someone is buying anything from tsp...Make sure you record or phone call and when you aske, I want the toe arm that replaces the spring bucket, and they say yes, you have it recored. When you buy something that both parties think its `this` and its `that`, the customer has no fault and should be reimbursed `100%`Not be charged a restocking fee and for shipping....so about 20-30 dollars you have to spend for a 80 dollar product... Will i buy from them again....Probably not....Are they the worst I`ve delt with, no.....This is just what i experienced and is my opinion. Do as you will.

We don't even have to go back to a phone call...anyone on this forum can reference page four, post #163 of this thread (see below) to clearly see that you requested "toe bolts". You also thanked me for apologizing for our earlier mis-communication (that the mods deleted...now nobody else understands...some of our posts on the subject no longer make full sense) kinda saying it was nice to see someone that doesn't hide behind the internet. You also stated that you are still learning about suspension systems and to kinda bear with you on your learning curve...happy to do so BUT, I still cannot second-guess a customer...if they say they want a certain item, I get them that item. If they call an item by the wrong name, thus getting something different than what they wanted, how am I supposed to read their mind???
Additionally, a business cannot bear the cost of clients mistakes in instances like this. Companies routinely charge 15-20% restocking fees for returned parts. Ask around if you don't believe me that this is true. Top Speed has a standing policy of a 20% re-stocking fee...I am giving members here a break and only charging a 10% restocking.
Why even charge a restocking fee, you ask? Let's look at this...
We have a set cost in making a part, we also add a profit mark-up because we are a business...not a charity. The resulting sum total is the price of the part. Anyways I was actually thinking about just taking a dive and getting almost everything in suspension wise when getting these coilovers. Please PM me what kind of deal/details i can get if i order:

Front upper control arms
pretty much everything I`d need to get all my alinement back on track,and if you sell all of that

I dont know what is going on but George please reimburse 1991ls13 his money bro. I mean forget about restocking fee. I mean doing this will made you look really good fo us, customers. Well I wasn't trying to steer customers away from you or cast doubt. I was simply trying to figure out why there was so much confusion. This has turned out to be the strangest vendor sale thread I've seen.
There shouldn't be any confusion about what the camber arm is. There isn't any other part on the rear of the car that would be considered the camber arm.

Alright guys and gals. There has been a lot of controversy about things perftaining to the toe arm despute.. Well, I want to take a few moments to clear some things up. first he did send " toe arms" lots of companies have been selling these for years. Including major brand companies. So not a big deal, but kind of mis-leading ( sorry George ) Secondly, George has been great for trying to figure out the issue. Despite the outcome, I am still a satisfied customer... Yes at first I was slightly heated, But who wouldn't be??? And Lastly, The products in which I did recieve where of great quality.. Toe arms, camber arms and the coilovers themselves seem to be great. I only have 1 week on everything, but it all seems to perfect so far.. And also to clear some things up, THEY DO GO LOW when installed properly and adjusted properly. I have mine set-up in a true coilover style.
So To set the record staight, BUY THEM!! George, Thank you for your continued help and support during this whole situation.. I will Let all of you know how they are as time goes on. But if you have any issues or questions, Please feel free to PM me. I would like everyone here to feel comfortable with their purchase and enjoy life on coilovers.

it seems like i checked this thread and pm every date when the first batch arrived. i was hoping that i will get the coilovers. Now i am still checking it everyday to see when the second batch will arrive. However, i believe it will not get to me since there are only 25 coilovers per batch??? That would positioned me on the third batch. I am sure not many people will flake on the second batch because the guinea pigs of the first batch loves them coilovers!!!! but i am still waiting though. I checked ebay for this coilovers but none is listed! I guess i have to wait for George.
