when are they looking to meet up? i have a bit of karting experience and would love to kick some Subie butt if I can make it!

 

track 21 is way better the karts suck at the place behind ferrari of houston track 21 is off of highway 6 near clay road... trust me the track is better and the karts are better too

 

ive been to track 21 a few times. ive neve been to the other place, but the thing i hate about track 21 is that the person who always gets 1st place is the one who get the single fastest lap time.

 

well isnt that the idea?

 

in a real race the person who crosses the finish line first is the winner. at track 21, if my first lap is 5 seconds, i could in theory stop racing and still win if my 5 seconds is fast enough to beat any other lap.

when i've been, i usually cross the finish near the front, but rarely get a 1st or 2nd because my fastest lap would be slightly less than some Joe Shmoe who got one good lap in b/c nobody was around him to slow him down. SO all his buddies are like "man you got 1st!"...even if i lapped him twice. get the idea?

 

I'm going to plan the event some Saturday afternoon in May. I will keep you posted.

FYI - MANY of the Subs are ready to roll for such an event to happen.

 

ya man i get ur idea but its the same thing at the other place and the other place is worse bc the track is really slippery due to sand and the karts work half the time... but i get what ur saying but its the same at the other place too u know?

I think we will have the track day on Saturday, May 13th @ Track21 in West Houston. This will be the best day for the Subs.

Ok. We ARE going to Track 21. That place was big time kick butt!!!. The tracks was much longer and the karts were much faster as well, Although Ezra ( My Sub Sti bud) decided to spin out right in front of my causing me to hit is kart. Ezra ran best at 25.474. My best was at 25.491.

I took pictures of every part of the track if anyone needs to see it. Just let me know.

Everyone, Track21 is running a Monday thru Thursday special from 3PM to 6PM. It will only cost you $10.00 per run.
