Some A$$ just side swiped my Z!!!!!!!!!!
The freakiest thing happened. I went to a gas station on 45 and west rd just to pick up a pack of smokes. While I was pulling out. The gas station attendant was showing his car to some lil thug to sell. Now I'm sorry, But when you're trying to sell your car a night time and showing it to some thug!!!!!! Any person in his right mind DOESN'T GIVE HIM THE KEYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially When he looks as thug as he did, at night!!!!!!!!!!! So while I was pulling out, the lil son-of-beech puts it in reverse and side swipes my Z, gets the car stuck in a ditch, gets out and runs. I get out and call the cops while the gas attendant was calling his dad. The cops finally show and come to find out the f***ing owner of the LEXUS didn't have insurance.
And sence it was on private propery the cop couldn't ticket him. So now this S**t is going on my insurance, be with out my Z for a while, and insurance gets to have their way with me. F***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any body know a good body shop?

If it was on private land then would not the owner of the land have to answer?? If I were you I would check with your insurance co. before taking er deep 
What will happen is your ins co. will go after the owner of the other car legally to try to recoup their money (and your deductable), but they probably won't get anywhere, b/c they won't put more effort into it than it's worth.

Threaten either the driver or the owner of the property.
Vicarious liability.
Basically the employer is responsible for his employees actions on his property while they are on duty, whether or not the employee actually hit you isn't the issue, had he not allowed some random person to drive his car you would have never been hit. BUT FOR is the main thing, but for his actions this could not have taken place.
