Clutch install in Dallas
Chris, Jim, Nick and anyone else who has an aftermarket clutch/fw...who installed yours and what was the price (in Dallas)? Ive been quoted about $550 so far.
Just curious, what is your reason for buying a new clutch? BTW, I PM'd you back.
Go as light as you can because you dont want to wish later that you would have gone lighter. I had a ACT pro light chrome moloy on my SI and and it was like a motorcycle. Get a sprung hub if you can. Much easier to drive. I dont know if they have that for a Z but worth looking into.

Dealership did mine during tranny replacement. Did you get the clutch already? I have a nice JWT clutch/flyhweel (14 lbs) combo with about 3k miles on it if you are interested. It's still in the car but if you can find a decent deal on labor we can work out a swap if you are interested. I paid $730 for the combo new. Definitely do both when you have the tranny out.
Yes they have both if I remember correctly. The JWT is spring hub also.
