Default "The Z clinic" in Austin...Anyone

Has anyone had any parts installed at this shop? They charge 75 dollars an hour and I am getting my cats installed tomorrow in the morning. They quoted me an hour and half. Please post if you have ever been or heard anything about this shop.

I actaully thought about this, but was affraid they would jack something up. I would hate to get it done at mieneke and have them ruin a sensor or something.

75/hour is worth it for good mechanic work (heck, the dealership charges 90/hr for crap work). I haven't heard anything bad or good about them, but I know they've been in business for a long time. I think the Z clinic should be fine.

SGP put my test pipes in for $50. They charge $95/hr. Sounds like they're sticking it to you.

test pipes/hfc at easy to put in, anyone could do it.

Ed and Kelly are very nice guys and expert mechanics. They specialize in the Z. I would trust them to work on my car.

I just had them install the cats and I must say, Kevin is a great guy. My cats didnt come with any hardware and I felt like a tool when he was asking where the hardware was. Kevin said not to worry about it and through it in. Zclinic is a great shop.
