i found a vendor who does it for $175, just waiting on confirmation on availability. i still wouldnt mind getting it done locally for around the same price.

If I remember correctly Darren sends out the new plenum for 285.00, then once you replace yours and send the core back he refunds you 100.00.. It's convenient due to lack of down time. It was a good choice for me.

Darren at intensepower right? Its $285 plus $200 core charge, so its $485 out of pocket then $200 refund. Thats too much imho.

i want a professional show finish. i dont think i can accomplish that without the right tools and knowledge.
