I also had a CF hood with the 5/16th and no rubbing....so if you just want to stay safe then go that route.
Karl, I would just do the MD Iso Propyl Thermal...unless you want to make an adjustment to your hood like Jake has done.....Ask him about the hood extender ???? I t could get you the space you need to clear the hood.

Karl you can't go wrong with the Motordyne Iso Thermal 5/16 spacer. As for issues with it rubbing the hood I haven't noticed any with mine. Jake's hood is spaced at the hinges to release heat from the engine compartment. There are angled shims in there.
Travis I would agree with Jake on the numbers. You're going to see higher numbers than us DE guys are used to.
This made me laugh out loud. Is it made of rubbing alcohol? Man I just keep finding ways to poke fun at you Chris!

I work in the oilfield. My truck is my office and I pretty much just leave the browser open on my350z all the time whether I'm at my computer or not. I typically have a lot of opportunities to check and reply to things though. Next week I'll be back on day shift. My shift changes weekly - days one week, nights the next, and it just cycles.

f u !!!
hey guys random question. Anybody know of a apartment complex in the Plano/North Dallas area that does not have any speed bumps and offer attached garage? Besides The Shops at Legacy or Austin Ranch.
Hey Josiah, since you're from the DSM world I'll ask you. Do you know anyone that may be looking for OEM front fenders (left and right - non painted primer black) for a 92-94 DSM? I also have urethane aftermarket side skirts (non painted black). Everything is new in original packaging from a failed project years ago.
I would say advertise those badboys on www.thepartstrader.com
poor chris you guys are funny
When I went to the last meet someone hit my daughter, pretty funny stuff
Hey Travis I noticed THMotorsports is selling the Tokico D-Spec shocks with Tein S.Tech springs for $625 shipped.
I would imagine the H.Tech combo would be the same since the springs are priced the same everywhere else. That's one helluva deal.
