it hasnt "officially" started yet. but on good news, wanted to show off newest additions..... although i am little concerned on the lip.. it has about a quarter inch bow in it and i am worried the tape on the passenger side will pull loose from the tension on it...

and i figured i would add the pic of how i had to get it from apt office to my apt.....

well i decided since they sprung it on me last minute, i am going do double dip on them... came into the office to get some old tickets out of our queue, so i am getting paid OT rate for that, and i am also getting the on call pay which is one hour OT pay per call i take.

well i got a good deal on the bar so i jumped on it, i am looking around for black harnesses.

 

Trav if it makes you feel any better they also have to stand in the heat and work the cones as well .

Yeah, the sun and heat sucked. Didn't help that my back started hurting and I needed to pee like halfway through one working session.

Sucks I had to leave before everyone's final runs. My times consistently got faster throughout the day until I screwed up good on the very last run. #9 was my fastest time of the day. I hope everyone can make the august 18 event at tms.

Chris p and I had an irritating day fighting hot tires and fuel starvation but we still had fun

I can deal with hot and greasy tires, but that fuel starvation problem pretty much ruined all my runs. At least I got an unstarved warm up lap in. Next time, I'll be sure to look at the map before getting to the course and plan my gas tank accordingly. My Z needs at least 1/3 tank, minimum, for anything that requires me to hit 4th -- that fat bish.

 

could you feel any diff with the headers, sounds like everyone had fun today

 

Pat had to drive Chris' Z...they co-drove the car...so they both had fuel problems.

I don't think we've ever officially met. I know I saw him at the Grapevine Mills meet, where we went to that restaurant and he met us all there on his bike. I know that's when we met, Q.

I always remember him from that as the guy on the black CBR with orange wheels.
