What's up everyone? Haven't been on in a few days. Haven't done crap to my car. Still no 6mt swap but finally have all the parts. My new front bumper shipped today too
i got to looking at the ccm pics from this last weekend, some nice z's there, is it me or does it make no sense and look fugly for people to have their wheels sticking out, tires stretched to the limit, and excessive camber. i guess to each their own

Most of the locals 370z's were quite functional...we all rode out together. Beautiful cars, most of them were boosted
i saw alot of the houston guys pics, and they all rode up with painters tape on bumpers.... assuming to prevent rock chips, not bad idea... mine is really ate up with em
but just like every car, they keep going up in price....i paid 21 for mine so 33 for brand new not bad, my opinion
I reminisce the old days. When the 350Z first became available in '02-'03, part of the attractiveness of the Z was the performance at its sub-30K price. It was even called the "poor man's Porsche."
Any of you local guys interested in a set of 17" stockers from my 03? I pulled the rubber off this weekend and will be putting them on Craigslist soon if no one needs. They have less than 10k miles on them, I just kept them around incase I needed a track set to powder coat and thrash on.
I'll clean them up and get pics up soon... in the Frisco/Little Elm area but can drive within reason.
related to paint chips - there are a few places that sell track wrap around dallas - its better than painters tape - i guess - although not as cheap 0 but somewhat less time consuming to put on - and its clear - http://www.speedshieldusa.com/
here is a pic of my z and a headlight of my subaru -
I call my car the poor mans porsche - and probably will the entire time i own the car which will probably be forever -
