Lol, you're right, Chris. I thought I attended more but looking at my videos, I only attended 1 autox for each group (1, SCCA 1 ER, 1 PCA, 1 NTAXS), except for BMW.

I'm all for the Competition, but's only fun if you win and the top 3 spots are already guaranteed, no? Not very fun for the rest.

For the VQ comp we can figure something out....we had plenty of cash for the final ceremony.

So we can ask everybody who might want to do it and get some people involved.

haha yea gotta love the hr. as far as parts go nothing on the car yet. have a parts list with ART pipes and the shockwave exhaust. will be getting drop in air filters this week some time. dont think i will be doing the full intake. keeps hearing there are no gains there other then looks and sound... but maybe someday. as fair as gains go not looking for a huge jump as long as i can feel the difference ill be happy. so for now im just looking for a tuner to price things out.

I really like the Shockwave exhaust but i refuse to pay almost $1600 for a cat back exhaust. I paid $1400 for my last one and although i liked it, that was just too much money for an exhaust. Hell in total i had about 2 grand in my exhaust with headers and test pipes included. I do want headers again though. That was the only power mod i did that i could actually feel gains by the seat of my pants. Significant increase in low and mid range torque. Pain in the *** to install though.

Chris, i would like to do the $5 buy in again next season. Seemed like we averaged more cars per event with our group when we organized it better and had a goal to aim for. I'm surprised i finished 4th for the season lol. It's only because i got those points from yesterday though.

^ I got 6 from placing 2nd yesterday, so we're tied for 4th.

Don't know why you HR guys are complaining. HR > RevUp > DE in terms of factory power and response to mods. My DE Z only put down 230s last time it was strapped onto a dyno. Hell, I don't even have a tune on my engine with 148K miles on it and it actually has timing retarded + colder plugs (lose power NA but safer for nitrous).

haha when you put it like that $600 for test pipes (ART pipes) seems way over priced too.

Nice. I wish I had more different angle shots, or more panning shots (I like those best).

There's usually some random photogs in Chicago at most events but I rarely see any in TX. I don't have any friends that take photos here, either.

I like this pic:

Glad you liked the jab Mike. teehee

Chris - that is a sweet picture. Jerrett posted the link to professional photos taken at the event, but I don't care to pay $10+ for one.

We need Fithamoto to bring a snazzy photo machine out to events.

i wouldnt get a tune until you do all mods.... i flip flopped on intakes, at first i had the R2C intakes which are open air just like the pop chargers (for sale in marketplace btw), but then i swapped out to the Stillen Gen 1 with the boxes and Z1 tubes so the filter is almost completely surrronded

i will indeed thanks! - just got some pulley pullers to separate those bits and pieces from the hub yesterday - so i'll be goofing around with that over the holiday - i hope the fork on the transmission isn't too tough - not looking forward to that bit - the rest looks pretty straight forward in regards to puttin' it all back together -
