Chris Fith - glad your car is not acting up anymore. Thats great news.. how much were the plugs? and what did you get ? I have a brand new set in the garage that a customer left behind.. If they are what I need - I will be doing mine as well.

Jake already got this info...but I thought I'd post it so the rest of you guys can see what I got.
Mike you may want to get these for your Z.
These were at Oreilly's for like $10 a piece....this is what was recommended for the OE type plugs. They are double Platinum plugs....like $6 less than what the Stealership charges.
Anybody else wanting to change out their plugs should do it....probably the single best thing you can do for your Z besides a Tune.

I've been sticking with the ngk coppers, changing out every 30k...probably go double platinum on the next interval so i can toss them in and forget about changing so often

Do you spray also ?
I changed my last set of plugs around 45k or 50k .... so my set of plugs you saw only had like 20k-25k on them....but don't DD the Z...I mostly drive it on the weekends and for the track or autoX events, so the driving is pretty hard for those miles.

Score! I just checked my garage and I got those exact same ones Chris.. Looks like I will be changing out my plugs since I did mine @ 40k and now I have 88K on my ride..
here you go. Just go to advanced auto parts and should be no more than $7 each. I did all 6 for less than $45 I think

I can bring over some much needed "TOOLS" that you don't have or want to purchase ... i hear those "TOOLS"...help make the spark plug change a lot smoother and easier. "Tools" such as but not limited to spark plug socket, spark plug socket extension with locking ends, slim profile ratchet, wobbles and one more item I did not mention but you know what....

I really need to hang out in here more.... I'm at 10 years and 87k miles and all I've done is keep the oil changed and replaced a cam positon sensor.
I could probably use a big once over for plugs, fluids, and bushings and ****.

Chris P runs Coppers also....but only because he ran Nitrous...but he hasn't sprayed in a long time so I think he might change....plus his mileage is getting way up there also.

Huge thank you to Jake for helping me bleed my brake lines today !
I always enjoy doing work on the Z with him....you will learn a bunch if you pay attention.
I now have a new fresh bleeded brake line of Motul RBF 600 in my Z ready for a new year of Tracking & AutoX.
Thanks again to Jake !

^^^anytime Chris. your brake fluid needed a good change. I had the power bleeder but we did it manually anyway, took a little bit more time but its better IMO since you have a buddy to help and pump the brake pedal.
I need to make it out to your crib more and hang out.. It was bada$$ just chillin next to the firepit with an ICE COLD DOSXX..
