Absolutely nothing wrong with being picky, ****, cautious, etc. My '03 has 150K miles and I still do my best to keep it in clean and undamaged. At the same time, though, it's worth it to let loose every so often and have fun with it without worrying about every little thing.


BTW, the HR is a better performer with higher rev and power so you might even catch one of us.

 

Travlee you're probably not as picky/ocd as I and I've been auto-x'ing once. Unless you go flying into the cone head on nothing really happens to the car.

I dont know how to ship that stuff, otherwise i'd sell it to one of you guys who will use em! they're just sitting in my garage.

 

Put thick cardboard on both sides the wheel and shrink wrap the crap out of them to ship.

what you could so on the wheels is like what Q said, band them together with metal banding and cardboard

Show up early. There's usually a few people that don't show up on the day of the race and those spots are given to the late registrants on a first come first served basis.

Definitely a sweet setup and a killer price. Sucks that you're having trouble selling up there. They'd be gone in a flash down here. I just collected new wheels and R-S3s. Otherwise I would have snagged these. Good luck with the sale.

 

On my first ever AutoX run out here and in the rain I ran an 80.000. I'll have to check next time I'm in the car what my best time was though.
