If you don't race, then don't waste your money; Any DOT4 should suffice. For me, I still prefer ATE vs Motul overall.

Yeah I forgot that Super Blue was no longer legal since it's not clear/amber in color. Thought about getting their Type 200. I guess it's designed to be a longer interval than the RBF600, which is probably better for me. I very much enjoyed not having to touch my brakes for a long time. Probably shouldn't have waited this long, but I know they still work plenty well enough.

Yeah, Type 200 for me from now on probably. Still think banning Super Blue was one the dumbest decision ever.

It's following the letter of the law versus the spirit of the law. I think it would be nice if they still had it since you could alternate between the yellow and blue when bleeding it easily see when new fluid had displaced old.
I was thinking you would still do the occasional autocross. If not then I agree with Chris and save your money. If it will strictly be your daily driver then throw some standard fluid in.

I think I'll end up needing some help for sure with the bleeding, and since I'm doing rotors and pads (which I've never done before) it would probably be easier/quicker with someone else.
+3 for the Motul

Stu I've got a motive if you need to use it. Just text me if you need it. I'll have to get it to you by Wednesday though as I'm going to new Orleans Thursday and won't be back until Sunday afternoon.
Luckily mine isn't a CEL issue, just window tint. However, that still requires somebody to look past that part. Sounds like you guys are talking about the more difficult aspect of it all.
