I'm not sure what there process is. I think they are just cutting it, sanding it smooth and coating the bare metal. Not sure if they're welding or not. I'd like to know as well though.

I don't know how I'd make it through a day of work without my iPod, iTunes, and the internet. I feel sorry for those who are restricted from having some sort of secondary entertainment to pass the day.
