Good Morning ..... Had to drive the Z today in the rain.

The truck has a bad exhaust leak !

 

sux chris.. hope you get that truck fixed soon..

 

exhaust leak....?? so it runs but smells in the cab kinda leak?

local exhaust shop can weld that thing up for cheap!!

I think my Cat back broke off at the center Canister. I think I might have to buy a whole new exhaust.

Sucks...I'd rather put the money into the Z.

okay, so your saying that at the center canister - "the environmentally friendly hp robbing canister" thats installed from the factory broke and you lost all of your exhaust components from that point back????

if so:
Who the heck buys an exhaust for a truck.........just go to an exhaust shop, they will cut away whats broken, pipe bend some new ss pipe if your muffler is "broke off" meaning gone, you no longer have it anymore?? ......then they will sell you a muffler for 50-60 bucks...

Total out the door welded and all should be no more than $90-110....

Are you sure no one stole your cats?? i know that your generation Tacoma is know for stolen cats - thieves torch cut them out in your driveway and sell them to recycling centers for like 300 each!!!

The Tacoma cat is worth a lot...has a lot of platinum and funny metals in it..

A friend of mine runs a recycling center in SA, and he used to get cars that tow truck company's would bring in hooked up on the back of a tow truck still...........they torch cut the cat while its in tow position, nose up - torch out of your "towed away car" and the tow truck owner would pocket the money, then he would take the car to the city lot for bare minimum tow fee..but was free and clear.......LMAO.....then you would go get your car out from the city lot and it would run like crap.......lol...
