question for anybody, how do you doctor rock chips on your car? I'm assuming some light sanding directly on the affected spot, paint touch up pen, then some sort of clear coat over it? What would you use for a clear coat? My car is getting beat to hell driving along 380 all the time. I have chips on my driver side fender flare, hood, and above windshield. 2 of the 3 are showing rust. My front bumper is all tore up, but I'm not too concerned with it since it isn't metal. TIA.

 

nice pic Firekrave. No worries about the stock rims, I still have mine and don't plan on changing them. I love the way they look on the car, especially at low cruising speed.

That blue z picture is everywhere. Sure looks bad *** with that drop, but it is way too much for daily drive, especially with 3" exhaust. Think that owner switch to rpf1 later.

You know what, this is for Jake...

Two Mexicans are stuck in the desert, wandering
aimlessly and close to death. They are close to
just lying down and waiting for the inevitable, when
all of a sudden........

So, with renewed strength, they struggle up the next
sand dune, and there, in the distance, is a tree
loaded with bacon.

There's raw bacon, dripping with moisture, there's
fried bacon, back bacon, double smoked bacon...
every imaginable kind of cured pig meat.

"Pepe, Pepe, we is saved. Eees a bacon tree."

"Luis, are you sure ees not a meerage? We ees
in the Desert don't forget."

"Pepe when deed you ever hear of a meerage that
smell like bacon... ees no meerage, ees a bacon
tree."

And with that.... Luis races towards the tree. He
gets to within 5 meters, Pepe following closely
behind, when all of a sudden, a machine gun
opens up,and Luis is cut down in his tracks.. It is
clear he is mortally wounded but, a true friend that
he is, he manages to warn Pepe with his dying
breath.

"Pepe... go back man, you was right ees not a
bacon tree."

"Luis... Luis mi amigo... what ees it?"

"Pepe... ees not a bacon tree...

Ees ....

Ees...

Ees...

Ees...

Eees a Ham Bush!!!!!"

@jake.....I was just going to post that it looked like you dropped your car some more. I remember seeing it at your place when we we doing my brakes.

Rime looked good...but didn't remember it being that low.

 

its not my car Brad...hehe.. Ive got the same color...same wheels...but the STANCE is all Im lacking.. I will get all of it before the end of the year if my work still has unlimited OT. Ive been taking advantage of it..

Thats my goal though..I have ALL sorts of ideas...Im going a lil mod crazy here lately..
