Wutt??? It's like saying cutting the grass on the house that you don't own? Maybe it sounds a bit much, but all that was did was the brick that was there already was re-layed to a better position..threw in some mulch..and got the grass cut/trimmed....
While I don't own the house I'd like it to look somewhat decent though. Maybe after our lease we could someone own it. Haven't made it that far though.
Here are some pictures.

Screw the owner...if he don't like it then tell him to have someone come out and do it professionally.
He should have a crew come out and mow for you anyways. It's his property & he is responsible for the upkeep whether or not it is occupied or not.
I would have had that in the lease agreement.
Q,
Good improvement for zero expense basically.
I actually had a buddy from work come out and do it. He hooked it up though. I didn't know it was such a big deal to make an area you like it look nice, even if you don't own it. It's not like I paid to get an in ground pool put in or something. I just like landscaping stuff.

ROFL. Yeah, I had like 2 hours of sleep, flew from Chicago, went home, picked up my car, and showed up at MK's to realize it was the wrong date. I also saw Eric/AllStarE on the way and he told me it's tomorrow too. WTF Oh well, I still had a great time.
Jason, thank you again for the warm hospitality. The food was f*cking great (as expected) and the employees are definitely one of the friendliest.
I attached a pic of one of the delicious food I had last night.
