Does anybody (or know of anyone) have an aftermarket y-pipe for sale? I didn't see anything in the TX marketplace.

^ Thanks but I'm going to have to pass. There's a guy in Chicago who said he'll sell me his stock y for $15, but I'm passing up on it. I want my exhaust piping diameter to match.

You don't "need" a shop for a fender roll. Several of us used Chris' garage to do ours. Hell it can be done anywhere. However, a shop is always nice to work in.

I have to have a shop to do my work. Hoa won't allow working in the garage which is ok since I have too many tools to fit in the garage. Paint and bodywork doesn't do too well with the neighbors out of a garage either. Lol

I'm not too sure about my HOA and working in the garage. I haven't had any complaints yet, but it sounds like you do alot more than I do in my garage.

Lol yea the hoa isnt fun but its nice not having a bunch of broken down cars in front of people's houses. I can't fit a 2post lift in my garage so having the shop helps. Paint Booth wouldnt look to great in the neighborhood either. Lol

Jake I just research over on the forums. It's really not that bad, it can be a little tough from the start but its awesome so far. Checking the water parameters really isn't that hard. Just gotta make sure your water temp is good and test the quality often.

I was mountain biking, and I guess the ground wasn't too level right there. Exhaust is almost touching the ground. Made it a lot easier to unload/load stuff though.

That's how it is at my friends parents place. His dad wanted to put a small shed in the back yard where it really wasn't even visible for the lawn mower and stuff like that and they told him they would put a lean on his land if he built it. They threw a fit when a were younger too because we had a basketball hoop in the col de sac that every kid on the street used but according to the hoa it was an eye sore and nobody wanted it there.
