@Chef-J, Jason, Jake - everything has been fixed. Didn't take long at all, took them about 3 hours to replace everything.
Now the fun part... to bring justice. They weren't very smart. I'll keep you all updated.

Sweet - wutcha gettin? I gots a daisy manual pump pellet gun - its a squirell KLR!
Looking around a little, I've been eyeing a Glock 26 or a Beretta 8040 Cougar D .40cal for now.
I also have a daisy slingshot. I'll bust it out while I'm on the roof scoping the area.
I would get a .45 if anything ! Better stopping power.
Look at the Kimber's....they have a CDP II .45 that is great. There would be little you'd have to do to it...if nothing at all. It has already a full length guide rod, polished throat, ambidexterous saftey, and 3 dot night sites, triggered, etc....
Definitely a well made and respected piece. I have one and it is the best .45 I have ever shoot. I have a pic posted in my album.

Yeah I was looking at the Kimber's, I'll be looking at those too.
I've heard good things about them. Thanks for the heads up!
