Default Shock Install at work! LoL....

So a co-worker/fellow engineer told me he was hearing rattling and banging on the passenger side rear of his Toyota Sienna.....LOL...

I went out one day last week and checked it out.

I found a blown rear shock and worn bushing where he was getting metal on metal contact and causing the rattling/noises he heard...

I advised him to get some oem replacement shocks from Autozone and today we went to town...

I replaced the shocks in our company lot....took about 20 minutes...

LoL, I get to now add a sienna to my list of installs....

fugger owes me lunch....

Lol yup... funny stuff.

You should show it to your co-worker if he hasn't seen it yet, J.

hell ya I did............hes an older guy that would have rolled up to a local midas shop and would have ended up paying 100 bucks for a 20 minute job....F'dat....

to be honest, i forced him to let me do it........last week when i showed him all that it was, he told me he would go have it fixed and then i insisted that he just buy the shocks and let me do it..........he didnt mind paying, but at the same time was ubber great full in the end that i saved him a bill or more...
