Does anybody know anything about IT degrees? I'm transferring to a universitiy soon to pursue a bachelors finally and I'm confused on what I want to pursue. Computer Science or Information Technology degree? I tried to research but haven't found nothing, haven't had time to talk to the school yet. Computer Science seemed to be based on a lot of programming/software which I don't think I'll like, I read that Information Technology is based more on the hardware side which sounds better, but Information Technology sounds so vague?

Jake isn't IT in your field?

Ive learned UNIX, and networking like no other and just now am playing with some coding and let me tell you.. it looks like its fun man...just a matter of how you use it..

 

Devry Institute ! or school for Novell. Those peeps make some cash also.

 

Dunno while pay more is nice. I don't want to be doing something I hate for the rest of my life for the money. What are some IT careers for me to look into?

Hey yall all im sayin is i give the guy mad props for gettin sideways and lookin baller as hell doin it! I live in DFW and i support Stanced out Z's, ive had the chance to roll out with this guy to a couple of events and must say he's a hell of a driver and he knows his car isnt necessarily setup to the perfect drift spec, BUT hes willing to make some sacrifices, go through a little more rubber, and take some bumps and bruises doin what he enjoys and looking the way he wants to look.
And FYI he is currently in the process of an ls2 swap! Should be exciting =)

Not if I don't have to.....But the heat in general is supposed to be very Hot & Humid. Heat index could get to 109º.....everyone drink lots of H2O if your out in the sun.
