Is it difficult to get the battery out of that well it sits in ? It looks awfully tight. Remember boys, its a girl your dealing with.

just a bracket - should be tight - you dont want to flop around. Its a 10mm long socket is what you need to loosen it up ...same for the terminal nuts. then it just comes right out after you take out that bracket.

It was the passenger front, so I bet it happened while dropping the strut. It was the top part of the dust shield, like something just fell against it. I think when I was catching the strut it fell into the shield and bent it. Simple fix, just was a pain after driving for awhile with the brakes so hot.

I know I know, I need some mechanix gloves with knuckle protection. Been saying that for awhile it's just that I like being able to feel with bare hands better. Only use latex gloves for oil changes.

It's quite heavy as well so it might seem stuck but it's a little hard to get out. Did you make sure you pulled the panels around the battery out? (Assuming this is on the z right).

Dear Whataburger,

I am officially ending my boycott against you. Although I deeply miss the chophouse cheddar burger, the BBQ cheddar burger is fawking delicious.

Yours forever (unfortunately),

I can see why it was flagged. Hell the Volks alone would have been worth buying.

I should have posted a snapshot of the screen....I usually do just in case someone can't get to url.
