The S2K factory diff is crap! look online for the very common "NISSAN" N/A 300zx diff swap that all the butt hurt honda guys end up having to do........

lol at HONDA making a rear diff.......they have no experience there obviously...........First and last time they tried that ..........

CHefJ, have you had your diff replaced yet?? blown yet?

Nah. 80mph+ drift! Heck no.

I just drive like other guys, sometimes hit 100mph+ in country rd, sometimes at speed limit.

The parts alone for the pumpkin come out to roughly about the same as a nice set of wheels. So I can either do the diff and final drive or get a set of wheels with a decent offset so I wouldn't need spacers and some fat tires (255/35 front, 295/35 or 305/35 rear) If I did do suspension right now I'd rather wait and spend the money on a good set of coilovers, but my driveway is not lowered car friendly so that can't happen anytime soon I'd rather wait and not spend money on parts I'm going to end up replacing like spacers and springs, and end up buying what's best.

Don't get me wrong I love the way the car looks. I don't think I'll ever change the exterior. I am getting tired of the stock touring 18s which sit 3 inches in from the fender on pizza cutter tires lol.

I'm stuck between doing the rear diff right now or the wheels and tires lol

DO THE DIFF GEARS AND LSD!!! Its hands down the best bang for the buck performance mod you will ever do................especially over wheels.

how is this even a consideration, i fail hard to see........

HANDS DOWN THE LSD IS THE BEST PRICEY MOD IVE EVER DONE!

In order it would be:
1. LSD
2. Coilovers
3. clutch

all else is fine tuning......and comes with time...

I say this "knowing" that your an AUTOX guy........your into tracking, etc.....i see you at events and know you'll benefit from it greatly..........wheels can be had anytime, deals pop up left and right on the forums, but the LSD deals are never there, plus you have the gears sitting there begg'n to be put in!!

Go for rim/tires. Now you sounds like kinda tire of looking at stock Z rims, not lacking power/handling.

I VOTE for RIMzZzZ!
