I am a Finalist for the NVCC Competition being put on by the Murphy Center at UNT. There are 9 Finalists and I will find out within 1 month whether or not I will be $25k richer. Standing on the brink of a live changing moment, hoping to get my big break.

If I get the top prize of 25k it will allow to finish the car, all I have left is a motor build, and turbo kit (essentially) and it will allow to find some place to actually open up a store front. This hopefully will be the first step towards a much better life for myself and family. I got a lot of bad news over the past 2 weeks to so it is fantastic to actually have this come through

I'm picking up 06 headlights tonight, think I wanna go with some 6000k or 8000k bulbs...nothing to ricey. Any suggestions and where to buy bulbs?

 

 

Well the good news is I got my car back today and the bad news is we got t boned in my friends jeep right in front of the shop. The guy was flying by stopped traffic and hit us hard enough to turn the jeep a little more than 90 degrees and of course the SOB hit us on my side right in front of my door. Jeep is screwed up pretty bad but thank god my friend hit the brakes when he did cuz that guy wouldve nailed my door. It's been a long time since I was in an accident like this and I've forgotten how much it fuggin hurts. FML

 

If they come with sock bulbs you should use them. If not you can go to ddmtuning.com they have hid bulbs for good price. I would buy 5000-6000k max. Anything more will lose output and will be too ricey

 

Thanks Q, they have the stock bulbs in them and ill probably just stick with them. My friend has 10,000k in his truck and they are super blue so I know not to go that high. I was thinking 6000k but I just wanna put them on now LOL.

No man thank god lol. I would be so pissed. My supervisor just sent me home from work cuz he said I was in too bad of shape to be at work and I have to call in first thing in the morning to see of they will allow me to go back to work and I have to go to the doctor tomorrow to get an xray to see if my ankle is fractured since I can't hardly walk on it and it's nice and swollen and turning blue and yellow. My ankle hit the side of the jeep so hard that it actually busted the skin open. I've broken 18 bones in my 21 years lol so I know what a broken bone feels like and this really feels like it might be fractured but hopefully not more than a hairline fracture. Regardless I will still be out at tms this Sunday even if it kills me lol
