Ok, took off work today. Finally got to sleep in. The weather isn't bad anymore and ice is starting to melt. Looks like I'll be have to head to class tonight.

WRONG! I just went on the college website and the campus is closed today because of a power outage, LOL! WIN!

I stepped in a puddle trying to avoid some ice. Also, I can slide down our front steps (there's like 4 total over 15 feet) all the way to the street.

lulz on the way to the grocery store i almost rear ended someone.

going about 35mph traveling 3 car lengths behind a black KIA. the KIA decides all the sudden to brake for no reason so I follow suit and lighly tap on my brakes, but my car doesnt slow down. i know im gonna rear end them if i dont do something. so i try to switch lanes to my right. my car turns to the right but doesnt actually going into the right lane, im freakin drifting sides way in teh same lane, OMG! i'm maybe about 3 feet from slamming into them when finally i catch some dry ground but now im headed straight into the curb. i counter steer but i hit a patch of ice and i get no response. im maybe 2 feet away from the curb when the suddenly straightens out. i was cursing this whole. at first i was saying outloud, oh schit oh schit, followed oh fck oh fck oh fck. lulz. luckly ive seen all the initial d episodes so my drifiting skills saved, lmao.

edit: just to clarify, this was in my mr2, my Z was nice dry in the garage. falken aizenis or however you spell are terrible in the rain/slush/ice.

If you get paid salary, that sucks. Hourly, bang online ftw.

Lucky me, a coworker fell and split his head open around 11 today. I had to call 911 to come out and they said that I should take him to care now. After about 3 hours at care now I am finally back at work and he has 13 stitches.

My boss still wants me to meet a deadline that I have for this afternoon. Looks like it will be a late one for me.

At least I am hourly.

He fell that hard, he is also about 40 and weighs about 280 lbs. He made his second step onto the ice and then just fell straight back and his head hit the edge of the curb. The thud when he hit was loud and I knew it was gonna hurt bad.

He keeps laughing about it know and just says that he's embarrassed.

God, he probably has a mountain on his head. That sounds painful as hell.
