Lol, I have taken over facilities and handle inbound calls. I also made the mistake of learning the network and switch board.
Now I handle everything for a 100,000 square foot building.
After all of this I never did get a raise. I need a new job.

yea we still have a bit of ice up here... nothing on the roads or anything, just covering the ground and trees, I tell ya though, up here, the iced trees look amazing!
