DALLAS - recommendations for oil changes
What is a good place/name to get my oil changed? I am in the Richardson area at UTD and desperately need it changed soon. If anyone has a lift or ramps that I could use that would help me out a lot (I am a poor college student *need to start thinking creatively*)
Any help would be great. Right now I am on the campus computers because the wireless in the apartments is going to take a while to set up. My number is 832 283 2318 - welcome to call anytime.

I'm goin' to the new Wal-Mart by my place. They did a good job on my truck (Mobil 1) for only $32. Thats practically just what the oil costs! They would prime the filter for me, and I always watched.
Imma go pick up a Nissan oil filter at Grubbs on Saturday and drop it by Wal-Mart...it doesn't even take them very long.
Edit: I am switchin to Mobil One on my car this weekend...yaay!

Got to agree with gooters.
I have a friend who is a Nissan Master Mechanic.
He's always told me if I HAVE to cut corners, do it on everything except the oil and air filters.....ALWAYS use Nissan Brand.
With your discount at Courtesy Nissan in Dallas, or Sterling McCall in Houston, they're no more expensive than Fram.
I always keep a spare of each sittin' on the shelf in my garage.
It sure amazes me what a t-i-n-y little sucker that oil filter is.
