I need to show the judge I fixed my tinted tails but I don't want to take them off. Anyone have a set laying around I could throw on for an hour or two while I go get it taken care of? Don't care what year just need to be stock. Shoot me a pm and we can figure out something I can leave as collateral.

Also, just leave your tinted tails as the collateral. You want them back, so I would imagine that's the best collateral.

On another note... And I'm not sure about your county judges, but can you just put your plate on another Z of the same color with clean tails and turn in that picture?

 

Yeah, I'm in Plano. It's an old screen name, kind of wish I could change it. The state trooper said I could just bring in a picture but I don't think that would look good rolling up with them still blacked out. Guess I could take the girls car..SA bring em up to dallas and I'll get you a keg

 

 

I say swap plates with same color Z and take a picture. Much easier than swapping tails. Take the girl's car up there. Just seems like less headache.

 

some places that want to see the car will check the VIN to make sure it's really your car, if theyre goin with the picture swap plates

 

if you really need i will do it for you, I'm in arlington, so it's not a small drive. But if they're checking VINs then at least you have an option. Just leave the smoked lights as collateral.
