UPDATE!
The Cipher Diagnostics & Data System now supports 5 additional Nissan/Infiniti models. These models include the 02 Maxima SE, 06 Maxima SE, 06 Sentra S, 06 Armada, and 06 Murano SL. These new models have been fully tested and found to be compatible with the system.
We've also plugged into a 03 Sentra SER Spec-V and 03 FX35 without a hitch - full tests will be done on these models soon.

for a complete list of supported vehicles and functions. Check back often for other new updates!

The Cipher tool is very similar to the Nissan scan tool and is great for diagnosing vehicle running problems, monitioring all of the ECU parameters, and reseting vehicle check engine codes. Cipher can also read the factory wideband 02 sensors on 04.5 and newer Z's. You can also log and view the factory 02 sensor feedback values which is important while tuning.
They are both great tools to have. If simply tuning the UTEC the TunerREG, because it integrates with the UTEC & displays values on the UTEC dashboard, will help out alot.

It does do the conversion, you just have to link the look up table to your ECU part number. The LUT was pulled right from the servis manual, but I'm currently working on a set of conversions taken from a wide band in the real world. I'll post the data next week.

The calibrated valuse are as follows:
V______New__Default
0.0V = 10.95 10.94
0.3V = 11.65 11.62
0.7V = 12.51 12.46
1.0V = 13.23 13.10
1.3V = 14.01 14.01
Everything above 1.3 can stay at the default values.

On what type of car was calibration done?
Which wideband was used for calibration, or perhaps tail pipe sniffer?
