who knows. since it's not backed by aem, and isn't 350z specific(it's a universal unit adapted to work with our cars), i wouldn't touch it.

Sound Performance knows the AEM EMS better than or as well as anyone who possibly could. They worked with an engineer at AEM to figure out the wiring.

Wiring an EMS is not a crazy task. There is nothing to worry about. AEM will support their Universal EMS, and their Universal EMS is the same no matter what car it is running.

I have a FCON in my car, the same FCON that will be found in any car running a FCON... the only difference is how its wired. Same thing with all piggy backs, such as the unichip that came with your turbo kit.

Nothing to worry about here!

It comes with the harness and all sensors, even an AEM wideband....that's why it's so expensive; cause it's all inclusive.

Yeah Phunk, but your wiring was done by HKS, not by some other shop. If this was AEM backed, they would have said so. It would have been a huge selling point.

actually phunk when you call aem and ask them about Sound perfomrances setup they will not warrenty it since they are modifying something inside the Universal unit. Plus this setup its not a true to control the cam phasing. this may be a reason SP isnt going full force with this setup, and this is probly another reason my AEM hasnt released it themselfs

I recently read a post in the FI section where the op said they dumped the UTEC for AEM, but was still having problems with limp mode or something like that. It was pretty recent.

and the wiring done is very simple. I have done much more complex wiring countless times. its very simple to hook up wires... everyone here running an emanage ultimate has just as many wires spliced in as my FCON does.
