can a utec be used to tune a car to pass inspections? they do the sniffer test here, where they stick the probe in my tail pipes . i have TP's and i can smell the fumes.my questions is. will i be able to tune the car to pass inspections or is it a MUST to put cats back on for inspecitons.

 

Emission test rpm and loads run under stock ecu with piggbacks taking over near WOT and higher rpms.

If the oem had a cat the sniffer tests cannot be passed without a cat.
