Default Apexi Power-Fc???

I have tried to do some searches on this with little luck. But is the Apexi Power-fc available for the 350z/G35? If so does anyone on here use this. I came from modifying Toyota's and everyone had great things to say about the Power-Fc. Was actually going to be one of my next purchases, but sold my car instead. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

UTEC's are in the mid $900 range shipped, or in the low $1200's with the wideband and map selector switch

Thats not a bad price pretty inline with the Power-Fc actually. The way people were talking about the Utec being expensive I thought it was in the 2,000 range. Looks very similar in features to the Power-Fc also.

P.S. Z1 - I like your guys site, I enjoyed looking it through it yesterday and reading about the different parts on our cars

power FC was never cheap either dude... plus you needed to get the "commander" to go with it if you want it to do tunning yourself and stuff...

yep, they are very similarly priced units. Nice thing about the UTEC is there is nothing to "unlock" or purchase to make use of all its built in features. With the PFC as you know, the true capabilities are only shown through the Power Writer software (which individuals cannot get) or you have to buy the software pack from Datalogit (very nice). The UTEC gives you all those features off the bat and is a great way to teach yourself standalone tuning, so long as you have an understanding of what makes a motor run, and you're willing to learn the right way (read the manual, re-read, re-read again, then make 1 small change at a time). Over the course of a few weeks, you'll get a very good feel for the way the UTEC interacts with your car
