I'm doing a turbo kit on my car and I will be using a UTEC for my Fuel management. I have a base map for the turbo that should put the A/F at around 10.5 but at WOT it goes to 13 or so. Someone told me that the AAM reflash that I got when I was NA is causing this and that I might need to get it flashed back to stock because it could be throwing the utec off. I've also heard from others that the UTEC should be able to "tune out" this issue. Can I just get a definitive answer from someone please?
Same situation here...
I am planning on going with the Technosquare reflash for NA, when I have completed all my NA mods.
And in the future, very long future, I will be going Forced Induction with UTEC as my EMS.
I guess the UTEC will be able to work with the reflashed ECU by technosquare.
